Introducing b2g.az: Horizontal Monitoring Data Exchange for Azerbaijan

Horizontal Monitoring (Üfüqi monitorinq) replaces routine desk and field audits with continuous, structured information exchange between the taxpayer and the State Tax Service (DVX). To stay in the program, companies must place tax and accounting data on an electronic platform and grant DVX access — without giving up control of their financial systems.

b2g.az is DECLAVA’s dedicated platform for that requirement.

Each taxpayer gets an isolated instance on their own company server, published at https://{voen}.b2g.az. Financial data stays on premises. DVX works in a clear Azerbaijani workspace with drill-down from summary reports to supporting documents.

How it works

  1. Deploy the tenant stack on the company server (Docker Compose / Coolify).
  2. Connect your ERP with a transform script that posts Standard Format v1 to API
  3. Grant access — company admins create DVX user accounts on your {voen}.b2g.az instance.
  4. Monitor & respond — DVX reviews data, runs queries (sorğu-cavab), and exports; your team tracks sync status and completeness.
