We connect SAP to the systems Azerbaijan runs on.

DECLAVA is a software company based in Baku, Azerbaijan. We build the integration layer between enterprise SAP systems and the platforms Azerbaijan runs on — the State Tax Service (DVX) ePortal, the AYNA e-Despatch system, national e-signature (SIMA), and the country’s major banks.

When a new government requirement lands — an e-invoice mandate, a despatch rule, a Horizontal Monitoring obligation — companies running SAP shouldn’t have to rebuild their finance processes around it. Our job is to make compliance boring: a tool inside the SAP screen your team already uses, live in one to two weeks.

Government integrations for SAP

  • ZAZ Cockpit — one central SAP screen for e-Invoice (e-Qaimə-faktura via DVX ePortal) and e-Despatch (e-ƏNQ via AYNA), from weighbridge to signed document
  • ePayment — payment runs from SAP directly to Azerbaijan’s major banks
  • b2g.az — Horizontal Monitoring (Üfüqi monitorinq) data exchange, hosted on the taxpayer’s own infrastructure

  • mySign.az — digital document signing built for Azerbaijan, powered by SIMA national e-signature
